An infobox created from Wikidata, where the links link to pages inside Wikidocumentaries. The values can be edited in Wikidata.

Display

• Generally, all values will be displayed, except when there is one preferred value. In that case only the preferred value is shown.
• Multiple values will be conflated to a list with a conjunction between the items, for example: A, B, and C (in English) and A, B ja C (in Finnish)
• Qualifiers should be displayed when available. There may be complex rules for displaying them…

Formatting

• Datatype general formatting rules for the infobox
• Commons media – For those that are not hidden and used elsewhere, diplay link to Commons, text can be the filename.
• Geographic shape – Link to Commons
• Globe coordinate – Displayed in WGS format for copying to other systems. Link to the map display?
• Monolingual text – language flag included, for example: Nimi Niminen (fi).
• Quantity – Lot of work to display the units. Take advantage of infobox work.
• String – as is
• Tabular data – Link to Commons
• Time – Dates are displayed in localized formats 1990/12/24 (in English) 24.12.1990 in Finnish, if possible.
• URL – External links are made as pretty as possible. Perhaps use the title as the link text to avoid long links
• External identifier – External link with the link body, if possible. Not a priority.
• Item – Local link
• Property – Link to Wikidata
• Mathematical expression – as is
• Lexeme – need to investigate more
• Form – need to investigate more

Links

• Link structure: domain/page/QID/title (optional)/language-code (optional)
• The link ALWAYS points to/creates a Wikidocumentaries page regardless of whether the title, description or article exist in the user's language
• EXISTING article link is shown normally
• MISSING article link can be styled differently, but the link remains the same.
• EXTERNAL Links with external identifiers will be constructed to point to external resources, and are styled differently.
