The metadata editor is available with the Image viewer.
Wikidocumentaries only stores metadata that has been changed in Wikidocumentaries. Users can enrich the metadata by linking, translating or editing. When the metadata is considered mature enough, the image and the metadata can be imported to Wikimedia Commons.
